  • We currently only offer standard shipping, no expedited can be offered at the moment.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 days.
  • We only ship inside EU!
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • The recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped and left the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering either your tracking number or your order number with the email/phone number you used.
